Job Title: System Analyst Payroll Employer: G4S Secure Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. Client: Bank of America Continuum Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382355 Shift Timing: General Shift (Day Shift Only) Number of Vacancies: 03 Gender Requirement: Male Only Age Criteria: 21 to 40 Years Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Cash in Hand) Role Overview: The System Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on all physical security systems and technologies deployed at the client’s premises. This includes managing Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, Fire Suppression systems, and ensuring site compliance with internal security protocols. The incumbent must possess advanced IT skills, excellent English communication ability, and the capacity to function effectively under pressure in a corporate and high-compliance environment. Key Responsibilities: Security Systems Monitoring & Incident Response Monitor, operate, and manage Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Suppression Systems. Ensure real-time monitoring of alarms and abnormal activity and respond promptly as per protocols. Conduct initial situational analysis and coordinate incident reporting and escalation. Support emergency response operations, including medical evacuation coordination. Data Handling, Reporting & MIS Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards/reports related to security events, system uptime, and compliance indicators. Analyze trends using MS Excel or other tools for internal security audits and management reviews. Manage MIS operations and submit timely reports to G4S and the client. Technology & Project Coordination Supervise and coordinate with on-site vendors for system troubleshooting and preventive maintenance (PPM). Validate service reports, maintain SLA trackers, and ensure compliance with uptime agreements. Assist in technology upgrades and project execution at the site. Asset & Inventory Control Maintain up-to-date records of all security system assets and validate against central databases. Control and document movement of security-related materials and equipment to prevent fraud or misuse. Stakeholder Liaison Interface with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors for coordination, issue resolution, and project delivery. Ensure consistent communication and alignment with Bank of America’s security compliance standards. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT). Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in: Operating and managing security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Fire Panels). IT/ITES/BPO sector security operations (preferred). MIS and security data reporting/dashboard creation. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Advanced data handling and analytical capabilities. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills. Must be technology-friendly and able to operate in a paperless environment. Physically fit and medically cleared for security duty. Proven ability to handle high-pressure and emergency scenarios with calm and clarity. Must have high ethical integrity and good moral standing. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise in handling statutory compliance, legal frameworks, and manpower regulations especially in a blue-collar manpower-intensive environment . She must be able to deliver 100% compliance results with respect to client audits, labor law requirements, and government inspections , ensuring that G4S maintains a flawless record in all operational jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Legal Governance Ensure full statutory compliance in accordance with labor laws, CLRA, ESI, PF, gratuity, bonus, shops & establishment , and other applicable regulations. Regularly audit vendor/contractor compliance , maintain all required documentation, and drive timely renewals of licenses, registrations, and permits. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful labour, PF, and factory inspector audits with zero non-conformities. Serve as the point of contact for legal queries and inspections related to HR and compliance matters in the Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Zone. Client & Government Interface Prepare and present all required documentation during client audits and government inspections (e.g., by Labour Officers, ESI, PF, etc.). Maintain strong working relationships with client HR/legal teams and statutory authorities to ensure smooth liaison and resolution of issues. Work proactively to eliminate compliance risks and gaps that may affect contractual obligations or penalties . HR Business Partnering Support the business in workforce planning , onboarding, background verification, and records management of large-scale blue-collar employees . Design and implement compliance training programs for site HR/admin teams. Support internal investigations, grievance redressal, and union/legal matters in coordination with legal counsel. Documentation & Reporting Maintain updated and auditable records of all compliance activities including wage registers, muster rolls, challans, certificates, registers, and returns. Track and report compliance KPIs and audit readiness scores to the HR Head – South Zone. Candidate Profile: Essential Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labor Law, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum 4 to 5 years of HR compliance experience in a large blue-collar manpower-based organization . In-depth knowledge of statutory laws, labor compliance, legal documentation, and audits . Must have handled multi-state and multi-client compliance setups . Preferred Background Industry: Security Services, Facility Management, Logistics, Staffing Agencies, Contract Labour Firms, Manufacturing (with high labor deployment), or BFSI (ATM Management/Guarding Services).
