You can see Cuffe Parade & Colaba during clear days and during night time. Invest & give on rent, if you can manage cash flows well.

Location is just outside sanpada railway station at Navimumbai.
Reaching this place in the evening thru sanpada station can be a nightmare at times. The auto rickshaw guys jam the entire stretch and it's absolutely difficult to take a right turn.

Visited here with friend for work at SBI Securities. There is ample parking. The lifts are working. View of road from 23rd floor was amazing.

Very good Location & nice view from 12th floor bang opposit railway station only problem is lift... You have to wait for long to get a lift

This is commercial building located near by Vashi station. Only the thing I don't like here is that in front of All offices they have put down their Air-conditioners compressor which is not a good thing at all. And there is very limited space to walk in between all shops and offices.
