I paid 1 lakh rs for a plot at pavilion during prelaunching, Singaperumal koil,One year after they did not get approved and RERA,So I cancelled the plot,still they did not refund my amount, Mr Srininvasan every time he told after two weeks ,still I did not get.

We have visited Emerald enclave at pollachi and met Mr. Raja Mohammed, site have very good condition and it is very near to the main road, but the site may not suitable for middle class people which i feel, and its quite expensive. Overall it is good to buy for an investment.
