Came here for servicing no one responded for 15 mins I went there to whom I have to meet he said wait there I will come,I waited there for like 20 mins then I came back

Sales is excellent but it’s worst in terms of service. They charge a lot. I visited 5 time with ford figo and in every service I spent more than 15k.
