Technicians know their work but sales people are very slow. Ford's parts are also costly.

All though place is great but one must expect a lot neglection from the staff and long waiting times even for basic services.

i was planning for endeavour but i saw a very bad behaviour and service in your GK ford so now i moved to other and i am here for readers do not come here for any kind of service or purchase in starting they behave like very sweet after deal they will treat you like sinner

Came here for servicing no one responded for 15 mins I went there to whom I have to meet he said wait there I will come,I waited there for like 20 mins then I came back

Sales is excellent but it’s worst in terms of service. They charge a lot. I visited 5 time with ford figo and in every service I spent more than 15k.
