Always busy. So don't buy car from Raipur if you are not resident of Raipur. They take 3 to 5 day for general servicing. And more than 5 day for other works. Your stay cost will be more than service cost 😄😄😄 …

too bad management they are treating you like you are criminal. too much delay in every work even they will not tell you exact problem in first day and costings are too high. they dont have manners how to talk clients.

For service part GK ford no diffrent to other car dealership.Untill you have purchased car you will get best follow up treatment be it hospitality,test drive and what not, to catch up to trap... So called "Family wali feeling". …

Poorest service by the service manager and staff. For second year service my ecosport is datained for last 16 days . No responsible reply from service manager. Nobody is there to listen customer grievances

Being a owner of a Ford car I would say that I have a nice experience with the service that I get from them. Very well maintained showroom and systematic workshop, helpful staff and gets the service very fast without any delay

GK Ford is the sole dealer of Ford in Raipur. Their car service is very good and the staff are very courteous. It's near Tatibandh in Raipur. They have a free pickup and drop vehicle service which is good.
