As an experienced consulting professional at Oracle, your role involves understanding solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. You will operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, performing varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities include applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Additionally, you will demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, potentially acting as the team lead on projects. Effective consultation with management of customer organizations, participation in business development activities, and the development and configuration of detailed solutions for moderately complex projects are also part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand HCM Fusion application solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family - Provide quality work products independently to engagements - Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs - Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices - Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements - Potentially act as the team lead on projects - Consult effectively with management of customer organizations - Participate in business development activities - Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects **Qualifications:** - 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position, including 2 years of consulting experience preferred - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus - Effective communication and rapport-building skills - Willingness to travel as needed Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, leverages tomorrow's technology to address today's challenges.
