Role Overview: Embark on a fulfilling journey at Skoda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL) where you will be managing the releases of software and hardware for control units, configuring management for all control units and gateways, coding for control units and gateways, and supporting in pre-series/series car built. You will actively participate in developing infrastructure for diagnostics and component development activities while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely releases. Key Responsibilities: - Make timely changes for component releases based on testing reports and jointly analyze the DTCs during testing - Develop competency for software updating and timely releases of ZDCs for series and pre-series - Coordinate with internal customers like Pilot Hall, Assembly, and Field Failure team for immediate actions on failures - Create a methodology to coordinate with other EE functions and components for SYS plans - Ensure availability of certifications for relevant markets and plan budget for certifications - Continuously seek new Indian technologies/development opportunities based on market trends and requirements - Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements such as regulatory and homologation - Support regular team meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure completion of milestones within the stipulated time period Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.
