Head of Omni-Channel & Brand – FunVille (Toys & Children’s Products) Location: Panchkula/Chandigarh NCR (with flexibility for travel across India) Company: FunVille ⸻ About FunVille FunVille is North India’s fastest growing children’s indoor entertainment brand with 3 operational outlets. We are now building the next phase of our journey: a consumer brand in toys and children’s products, distributed offline and online. The vision is to create one of India’s most trusted children’s lifestyle brands — spanning retail, e-commerce, and omni-channel engagement. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a founding team member to lead the Omni-Channel & D2C Business for FunVille’s new consumer product line. This is not just a job — it’s a chance to co-create a brand from Day Zero. You will own everything from strategy to execution across product development, brand positioning, e-commerce, offline retail, supply chain, and customer experience. If you’ve built and scaled D2C brands and want to create a big impact, this is for you. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership • Build and own the end-to-end omni-channel business: toys, children’s lifestyle, and related categories. • Define brand positioning, category strategy, and roadmap to become a household name. • Work directly with the founders to shape FunVille’s consumer brand journey. E-Commerce & D2C • Set up and scale online platforms (Shopify/WordPress, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Kids, FirstCry, etc.). • Drive performance marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and content strategy. • Build robust customer acquisition and retention funnels. Offline Retail & Distribution • Scale FunVille outlets as product retail touchpoints. • Identify distributors, modern trade, and toy store networks for offline expansion. • Design retail display, packaging, and in-store experience aligned with brand. Product & Supply Chain • Collaborate with suppliers/manufacturers to create innovative, safe, and high-demand toy lines. • Manage end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, quality control, inventory planning, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. • Build tech-enabled backend systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS).
