Role Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketer (YouTube Ads Specialist) who is passionate about driving measurable results for the coaching industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in running YouTube ad campaigns, understands the nuances of high-ticket coaching funnels, and knows how to turn ad spend into predictable revenue. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize YouTube ad campaigns specifically for coaches, consultants, and online course creators. Develop funnel-aligned ad strategies that drive leads, webinar sign-ups, and sales calls. Conduct audience research to identify ideal coaching client avatars and craft precise targeting. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop video ads, hooks, and storytelling scripts tailored for coaching audiences. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPV, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and provide data-backed insights. Execute A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels. Ensure accurate conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event attribution across platforms. Stay updated with YouTube Ads best practices, Google Ads updates, and coaching industry trends. Prepare and present detailed performance reports with recommendations for scaling campaigns. Requirements Proven track record in YouTube Ads management (minimum 2+ years preferred). Experience working with coaches, consultants, or info-product businesses (required). Strong understanding of funnel marketing (VSLs, webinars, application funnels, high-ticket sales). Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Strong collaboration skills to work with copywriters, designers, and video editors. Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads Certification (YouTube specialization preferred). Experience in scaling high-ticket coaching funnels using paid traffic.
