Your role is to ensure that every aspect of the service is handled with dignity, efficiency, and professionalism. Plan and coordinate the end-to-end funeral workflow. Ensure all vendors (van, flowers, priests, musicians, catering, etc.) arrive on time and deliver quality service. Work closely with families to provide a compassionate, respectful experience. Manage schedules, logistics, and last-minute changes with calm and professionalism. Use our technology platform to track, monitor, and ensure smooth service delivery.
