Fund Specialist

As a Fund Specialist at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in managing the product offering across retail wealth and private bank platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring effective management of the product offering, including fund setups, introduction of new funds, communication of any changes in fund status, and providing product descriptions/investment philosophy. - Communicating in a timely and investment-relevant manner by writing marketing materials, client collateral, and internal fund update presentations. - Articulating the house view on Funds and providing commentary where relevant. - Performing all responsibilities with integrity and high ethical standards, fully complying with the Compliance Policy and global regulations. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A good understanding of financial investment products, particularly funds. - High curiosity and interest in investment subjects. - Demonstrable track record of delivering results while upholding global standards. - Strong ability to work in a team environment, adapt to an entrepreneurial group, and think and act independently. - Excellent oral and written English skills, with proficiency in other languages being an additional benefit. - Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and other system applications is strongly preferred. - A Bachelor's degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields would be advantageous.
