Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AGM Finance & Commercial for our plant operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Fund Sourcing, Costing, Taxation, Auditing, and Commercial Operations within a reputed manufacturing or chemical organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Finance & Commercial function at the plant level. Finalize accounts, oversee audits, and ensure statutory compliance. Supervise Budgeting, Forecasting, and MIS reporting for effective decision-making. Manage fund sourcing, working capital, and financial control Monitor and control costing, pricing, and profitability of operations. Handle taxation matters including Direct & Indirect Taxation (VAT, GST, etc.). Develop and implement internal financial controls and risk management systems . Prepare and present MIS reports, Capex reports, fund flow statements, and profitability analysis for management. Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. Provide strategic inputs to management for growth, efficiency, and compliance. Key Skills Finance & Accounting MIS / Budgeting / Forecasting Fund Sourcing & Financial Control Costing & Profitability Analysis Taxation & Returns (Direct & Indirect) Audit & Statutory Compliance Internal Financial Control Candidate Profile Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience: 8 12 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, and Commercial operations. Exposure to large manufacturing / chemical industry Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage end-to-end finance & commercial functions independently.
