Fund Servicing Vice President

As a Fund Servicing Manager within the Investment Operations team at JPM Fund Services, your role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team responsible for trade booking, settlement, cash & positions, market value reconciliations, break research and resolution, credit facilities life cycle management, and client issue management. You will lead the review and monitoring of Client Satisfaction, develop goals for the team, review daily/monthly work processes, streamline team processes, and ensure deliverables are met. Your communication with various teams within JPM Fund Services will contribute to the standardized, efficient process and timely escalation of any potential issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the day-to-day operation of a team within Investment Operations - Lead review and monitoring of Client Satisfaction - Develop goals for the team and ensure they are reached - Review daily/monthly work processes for team members - Ensure staff are aware of daily tasks and deadlines are met - Streamline team processes as needed - Assist in determining feasibility of new products and services - Ensure deliverables are met and sign off on new business and Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Communicate with other areas in JPM Fund Services Client Service, Product, Sales, Portfolio Accounting, Technology **Qualifications Required:** - 5 years of experience within financial services, specifically Fund Services or related function - 4 years of management experience - Experience in end-to-end Reconciliation, Trades, and Settlement - Complete understanding of the NAV delivery process - Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients - Strong knowledge of all investment types - Keen eye for detail, processes, and deadline orientation - Ability to motivate staff and provide feedback when needed The preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree, detailed working knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Financial Times Interactive Data, MarkIt Partners, and experience working with syndicated bank loans.,
