In this role at Citco, your primary responsibility will be to perform the entry of all trade activities within the global business unit with a strong focus on maintaining high accuracy standards. You will also be tasked with distributing various types of correspondence to investors, maintaining a solid understanding of multiple systems for trade processing, and adapting to different shifts to support fund-specific instructions and variables. Key Responsibilities: - Enter all trade activity within the global business unit within specified timelines - Uphold high accuracy standards for trade activity entry - Distribute correspondence to investors, including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements - Assist with any other related duties as necessary - Develop and maintain a proficient working knowledge of multiple systems for trade processing - Adhere to fund-specific instructions and variables Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; certifications are considered a bonus - 0-1 years of experience in a financial service office would be advantageous - Previous experience in financial/trading/banking or knowledge of Hedge/Mutual Funds is a plus - Exceptional data and alphanumeric entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy In addition to the job role, Citco values diversity in its workforce and promotes an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and mutual respect.
