Description
Working within the Metrics Office Performance & Insights team, the Functional Lead plays a crucial role in supporting Division aligned insights by developing a deep understanding of these groups and serving as a consultative partner on behalf of the Metrics Office. With a primary focus on acting as a key interface for Operations into the Divisions and Business Units, this role collaborates closely with senior Operations leaders and Divisional leaders to provide insights, monitor shared objectives, and highlight key initiatives. Additionally, the Functional Lead works with senior leaders within Operations to gather, review, and analyze essential metrics and insights for Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews. The position necessitates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with Operations, Division, and Business Unit leaders, as well as colleagues in Metrics Office and the wider Performance Office. The role is instrumental in communicating overall operational success with the Divisions, Engineering, and Risk departments. The responsibilities and accountabilities of the Functional Lead include creating and managing quarterly business review decks to ensure alignment with key messages for the quarter, monitoring actions and progress against objectives, providing continuous updates on shared objectives across COO and Divisions, developing a comprehensive understanding of COO team objectives, processes, and capabilities, collaborating with the Metrics Office team on Operations-specific insights and product analysis, leading the development and enhancement of Division/Business Unit-focused Dashboards, enhancing the value of reporting to Business Units by analyzing multiple data sources to understand customer experience drivers and recommend potential improvements, and partnering with colleagues in Metrics Office to identify the right expertise for supporting requests. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, have familiarity with analytics, defining Key Performance Indicators/Metric measurements, data analysis, and visualization, experience in creating outstanding dashboards, proactive work approach, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, resourcefulness, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding of Customer Proposition & Refinitiv structures, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), and readiness to work UK/US hours as needed.
