Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant/functional analyst with 8+ years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform who will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs. Work timing:12.30 PM -9.30 PM IST. Work Location:Bagmane Tech Park, CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore. Comments on Experience Skills Expertise and Knowledge 1. Deep Product Knowledge:o Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service. o Knowledge of the platforms capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization. 2. Industry Experience:o Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and challenges. Responsibilities 3. Requirement Gathering:o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes. o Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively. 4. Solution Design:o Translate business requirements into functional specifications. o Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization. 5. Configuration and Customization:o Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs. o Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required. 6. Integration:o Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications). o Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. 7. Implementation:o Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions. 8. Training and Support:o Support in development of user manuals and training materials. o Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation. 9. Documentation:o Create detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations. o Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing. Skills and Competencies 11. Analytical Skills:o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes and design appropriate solutions. 12. Communication Skills:o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. o Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. 13. Project Management:o Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently. o Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track. 14. Change Management:o Skills in managing organizational change and ensuring user adoption. o Ability to guide businesses through the transition to new systems and processes. 15. Technical Proficiency:o Understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points. o Ability to work closely with technical teams (developers, IT staff) to implement and support solutions.
