Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant L1 with expertise in SAP Successfactor Onboarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP Successfactor Onboarding solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for onboarding projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for onboarding processes and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Successfactor Onboarding tools and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to onboarding data migration and integration.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.

Job Requirements

Mandatory skills: SAP Successfactor Onboarding, strong understanding of onboarding principles and practices.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in SAP Successfactor Onboarding or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
