Fun Officers (Customer Service Executive)

As a Game Operator, you will be responsible for the following: - Stand or sit behind the table and operate games - Handle customers on the floor - Operate table games - Solve customer queries - Attend customers with greetings - Take care of game handling - Assist customers in games - Escalate issues to TL when required - Work in a variety of capacities including ticket taker, ushering, game operations, security, etc. - Perform repairs on game operations and correct issues to ensure proper functioning - Assist with game operations, including contestant selection and prop set-up You should possess the following skills: - Pleasant Personality - Good Communication Skills - Extrovert Personality - Ability to multitask Education required: - 12th/BHM/Graduation,
