Fullstack Tech Lead Java & React (Airline Domain)

As a Fullstack Tech Lead in Java & React for the Airline Domain at Travel Designer Group, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications. Your role will involve hands-on work with Java (Spring Boot) for backend development and React.js for frontend development. You will also collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and QAs to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security in Docker container-based AWS environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of end-to-end scalable full-stack applications in the airline booking domain. - Work hands-on with Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React.js for frontend development. - Design schemas and optimize queries using MySQL 8.4 / Aurora. - Architect and implement RESTful APIs for supplier integrations (GDS/NDC/LCC) and internal use. - Integrate and manage Redis for session and token management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Drive code reviews, mentor junior developers, and coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD & AWS deployments. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of full-stack development experience with Java 8+ and React.js. - Leadership experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead for at least 2 years. - Expertise in Java (Spring Boot), MySQL 8.4/Aurora RDS, and Airline APIs (GDS, NDC, LCC). - Proficiency in Redis, JWT/OAuth tokens, and session management. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design, versioning, throttling, and security. - Experience with Docker, AWS ECS/Fargate, and CI/CD pipelines. - Bonus skills include knowledge of GraphQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, performance testing tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
