Fullstack .Net Technical Manager (React JS)

As a Fullstack .Net Technical Manager at Flex, your role involves actively contributing to coding while also mentoring and managing a small technical team. You will lead by example in writing quality code, setting best practices, and guiding the team towards technical excellence. Your responsibilities include: - Leading technical design and architecture discussions to ensure scalability, performance, and security. - Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core, C#, and React.js. - Acting as an individual contributor by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while mentoring others. - Managing and guiding a small team of developers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring. - Owning the end-to-end delivery of assigned modules from requirements and design through deployment and monitoring. - Managing source control using Git, maintaining branching strategies, and enforcing best practices in version control. - Building, deploying, and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. - Integrating and monitoring systems using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for observability and troubleshooting. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, architects, and product owners) to deliver robust solutions. - Continuously identifying performance bottlenecks and proposing optimizations. - Driving continuous improvement in coding practices, processes, and tools across the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 12 - 15+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field. - Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework Core for backend development. - Hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind for frontend development. - Proficiency in Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline management for DevOps. - Familiarity with ELK Stack for monitoring and logging. - Additional advantage with experience in Azure / AWS Cloud Services, Unit Testing Frameworks, message queues, and security best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, leadership, communication skills, and an ownership mindset.
