Fullstack Manager (.Net + Azure DevOps)

As a candidate for the techno-managerial role at Spectral Consultants for one of the Worlds Largest Global Providers of Insurance, based in Hyderabad or Pune with 8-14 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of 15-20 members through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your responsibilities will include driving delivery using Agile methodology and industry best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical outcomes, actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of modern full-stack solutions, as well as implementing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring robust DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 members through the full SDLC. - Drive delivery using Agile methodology and industry best practices. - Partner with stakeholders to ensure business priorities align with technical outcomes. - Hands-on involvement in design, development, and delivery of modern full-stack solutions. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust DevOps practices.
