Fullstack Manager (.Net + Azure DevOps)

As a candidate for the position at Spectral Consultants with one of the Worlds Largest Global Providers of Insurance, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 15-20 members through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will drive delivery using Agile methodology and industry best practices, ensuring that business priorities align with technical outcomes. Additionally, you will be hands-on involved in the design, development, and delivery of modern full-stack solutions. Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and ensuring robust DevOps practices will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 members through the full SDLC. - Drive delivery using Agile methodology and industry best practices. - Partner with stakeholders to ensure business priorities align with technical outcomes. - Hands-on involvement in design, development, and delivery of modern full-stack solutions. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust DevOps practices. Qualifications Required: - Agile methodology experience. - Proficiency in .NET (Core / .Net 8+). - Experience with CI/CD & Azure DevOps. - Knowledge of Microservices & Design Patterns. - Familiarity with React or Angular (Full-stack experience). - Demonstrated team leadership skills with a minimum of a couple of years" experience.
