Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the

  architecture, design, and development

  of real-time, enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications.
• Define and implement

  microservices-based architecture

  , ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Own

  system architecture design

  , including middleware, APIs, data flow, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Establish and enforce

  best practices for coding, design patterns, system security, and performance optimization

  .
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.
  
• Mentor and guide a team of architects and senior developers, fostering a culture of

  technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning

  .
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system architecture and ensure long-term sustainability.
  
• Drive

  Agile practices

  , ensure CI/CD adoption, and support efficient DevOps pipelines for faster, secure, and reliable deployments.
• Conduct design reviews, architecture governance, and provide technical leadership across multiple teams and projects.
  

Mandatory Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 1115 years of experience in software engineering with

  5+ years in system architecture & microservices design

  .
• Expertise in

  Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architectures

  .
• Strong experience in

  Node.js / Java / Python

  for backend architecture.
• Deep understanding of

  system design principles, API design, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and service orchestration

  .
• Strong RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) expertise.
  
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  and designing cloud-native solutions.
• Knowledge of

  containerization (Docker)

  and

  orchestration (Kubernetes)

  .
• Experience in

  security, authentication, authorization, and compliance

  in distributed applications.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with proven ability to design scalable and secure systems.
