Fullstack Lead- PHP & React

As a Team Lead (PHP & JavaScript) at Technocrats Horizons in Ludhiana, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of PHP and JavaScript developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Defining coding standards, architecture practices, and best development methodologies. - Conducting code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables. - Designing and developing secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP and JavaScript. - Collaborating with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. - Translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with overall architecture. - Planning sprints, prioritizing tasks, and managing resource allocation effectively. - Optimizing application performance, database queries, and server-side operations. - Driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. In addition to your key responsibilities, you are expected to possess the following must-have skills: - Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter). - Proficiency in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js, ES6+ concepts). - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services. - Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization. - Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery). - Familiarity with cloud hosting services (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar). - Expertise in Git and version control workflows. - Experience in leading teams and delivering multiple projects successfully. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. The ideal candidate should have a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You should also exhibit leadership qualities, accountability, be a problem-solver, collaborator, mentor, and adaptable to new tools and technologies. Good-to-have skills include experience with Vue.js or Angular, knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker, exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies, understanding of UI/UX best practices, and familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Mocha). To be eligible for this role, you are required to have a Graduate degree in B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.,
