Job Description

Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead software design, architecture, and implementation of web and backend applications.
Manage end-to-end SDLC including requirements, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
Build scalable APIs and front-end components using
PHP/CI
and
HTML5 or

React.js
with
Bootstrap
.
Work with
OCR tools
(e.g., Tesseract, AWS Textract) and
Excel file data extraction
will be added advantage.
Design and optimize relational databases using
MySQL
.
Deploy, monitor, and scale systems using
AWS
services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
Implement and manage asynchronous messaging via
RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS
.
Use
GitLab
for version control and CI/CD workflows.
Apply
static code analysis tools
(e.g., SonarQube, PHPStan) to enforce code quality and security.
Mentor developers and enforce code review and DevOps best practices.
Candidate should good in writing prompts. Usage of AI based coding tool will be advantage.

Required Skills:

4+ years in web application development with PHP, CI, and MySQL.
Proficiency in
HTML5 / React.js
and
Bootstrap
.
Strong experience in
cloud-native development on AWS
.
Excellent knowledge of RESTful API design and messaging queues.
Experience with
GitLab CI/CD pipelines
.
Familiarity with
static code analysis
tools and practices.
Strong background in
requirement gathering
and
solution architecture
.
