Location: Hybrid NCR, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-level / Senior-level Department: Engineering / Product Development About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack JavaScript Developer with strong experience in React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend). You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that are scalable, fast, and secure. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React.js and Node.js. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints. Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive and intuitive front-end components. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Work with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose ways to improve architecture and development processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in JavaScript fullstack development . Strong proficiency in React.js , including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). Solid backend development experience with Node.js , Express.js , and working with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Good understanding of RESTful API design and JSON . Experience with modern build tools and version control systems (Webpack, Babel, Git). Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (preferred). Basic knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript . Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks. Knowledge of Nest.js Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Agile/Scrum development experience.
