The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of building scalable, high-performance applications. You'll work across the stackfrom designing robust REST APIs to crafting responsive front-end interfaces. This is a critical role with immediate impact, offering the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to cloud-native, event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Develop and maintain microservices architecture, integrating with external systems.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of front-end components.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend REST APIs.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and ensure secure coding practices.
• Implement authentication and data protection using OAuth2, JWT, and related standards.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work with event-driven systems like Kafka for asynchronous processing.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Strong proficiency in

  Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Hibernate/JPA.

• Hands-on experience with

  React.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI libraries like Bootstrap or Material UI.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as

  PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and tools like

  Kafka

• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including

  OAuth2 and JWT.

• Experience with version control and build tools like

  Git, Maven/Gradle.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like

  JIRA

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
