Fullstack (Java & Angular) Developer

As an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst, you will play a crucial role in participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establishing and implementing new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas. - Monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process, providing user and operational support on applications to business users, analyzing complex problems/issues, recommending security measures, and consulting with users/clients and other technology groups. - Ensuring essential procedures are followed, defining operating standards and processes, serving as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts, operating with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members, and assessing risk when making business decisions. Qualifications required for this role: - 10+ years of relevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Mongo DB, and Kafka. - Experience in Oracle and Angular is desired. - Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications, managing and implementing successful projects, working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods, and the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
