Job Description:

Job Title : Full Stack DeveloperLocation : Pune

Project Overview:

We are launching an initiative to develop new web based Collateral Management Web UX. Additionally we are launching a new initiative to convert our technology to a micro-FE based architecture in order to combine it with another Application Suite that utilizes that architecture.

Contractor’s Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third party libraries with emphasis on NodeJS and React. The back-end will also require NodeJS skillset to develop MicroServices that interact with the MFE and back-end systems and data stores. The front-end will require React UX development skill and you will interact with other React developers and help us drive the next-phase of our web application development journey. This role will involve extensive hands-on ReactJS knowledge to solve current and future UI development challenges - including micro-FE based implementation to allow several semi-independent applications to be co-hosted in same container, re-usable components library which is feature-rich and provides consistent look and feel for the platform and mobile-friendly websites which offer best-in-class user experience by leveraging cutting edge data visualization techniques and modern UI/UX design guidelines

Experience Level: Senior - Level 3 (7+ yrs)

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of professional development experience with significant exposure to working on complex projects with cross functional teams. Knowledge of cloud development, NodeJS, REACT, Agile development methodology. Knowledge of full secure software development lifecycle. Analytical and problem-solving skills. A positive goal-oriented attitude with a focus on delivery. Experience in React & docker would be a plus. Exp in REST API, Azure Functions, Event Consumer/Producer apps. Should know integration patterns with Azure services like APIM, Event hub, Key Vault, App config

Must have skills :
75% in backend / 25% in frontend • Minimum of 4 years experience with React/Node JS • Strong JavaScript framework and Front-End Development experience • Strong Node.JS micro-service development experience is highly desired • Azure Functions – 3 to 5 years of exp • Bus Architecture/Event Driven programming skills: Event Hub, Kafka • Proficient with database technologies where SQL Server MI is a bonus, • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Competent using GIT based source code management tools.

Nice to Haves:

• TypeScript
  • Redux or other state management libraries in the React ecosystem • Good sense of UI/UX design • Experience with a code style guide • Experience working with databases and writing SQL • Experience writing automated test scripts • Knowledge of web application security (http-https, Content Security Policy, OWASP, etc.) • Azure Cloud Deployment • Knowledge of C++ will be an added plus.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Developing new greenfield and brownfield products using React/Node JS.
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code. • Responsible for efficiently working with other teams in the organization to help them leverage the micro-FE framework/components library in their quest to modernize their applications. • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. • Bus Architecture/Event Driven programming skills: Event Hub, Kafka • Competent using GIT based source code management tools. • Agile based development which would even be better if it ADO based • Design and develop effective RESTful services and APIs (microservices and micro-frontends) • Design detailed technical solutions using the best available technologies • Design, develop and unit test components as defined above • Consult with business partners on requirements and synthesize into technical requirements and designs • On the technical side, work with architects, designers and enterprise framework groups on the best solution for both business and IT • Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions. • Ensure code meets standards and tested appropriately
