Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services.
Work on full-stack features using
React
and
Next.js
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality features.
Develop robust system architectures and contribute to application design discussions.
Implement coding best practices, design patterns, and performance optimizations.
Work with cloud technologies (preferably
Google Cloud Platform
) or be open to gaining hands-on experience.
Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with domain-specific requirements (Identity/Risk preferred).
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years
of strong experience in
Java Development
(Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices).
Proven working experience with
React.js
and
Next.js
in full-stack development.
Solid understanding of
object-oriented design
,
system architecture
, and
design patterns
.
Exposure to
GCP
or willingness to build skills on cloud platforms.
Experience with
Identity Management
,
Security
, or
Risk
domains is preferred.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in hybrid work environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced and agile environments.
