Fullstack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in our fast-growing engineering team. With a focus on cutting-edge web applications and robust API architecture, you will lead a team of developers, drive innovation, and ensure top-notch performance in a modern tech environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews. - Develop and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Next.js (frontend) and NestJS/Node.js (backend). - Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to define and build new features. - Ensure best practices in software design, clean coding, and maintainability. - Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend. - Manage data interactions using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software quality. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using platforms like AWS, GCP, or Vercel. - Promote team knowledge sharing, agile practices, and continuous improvement. **Required Qualifications:** - 6+ years of experience in fullstack development. - Minimum 2 years of experience leading a software development team. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. - Expertise with Node.js, NestJS, and Next.js. - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. - Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs. - Familiarity with modern authentication methods (e.g., JWT, OAuth2). - Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative workflows. **Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:** - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture. - Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure. - Working knowledge of Redux, Zustand, or other state management tools. - SEO and performance optimization for Server-Side Rendered (SSR) applications. - Hands-on experience with Prisma, TypeORM, or similar ORM libraries.
