Fullstack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Full Stack Developer with 58 years of experience in designing and developing scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, Microservices, and hands-on experience with GenAI applications and vector databases. This role requires a forward-thinking developer who can work on both backend and frontend, design microservices-driven architectures, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions in real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI).

Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker/Kubernetes for cloud and on-premise environments.

Integrate and optimize applications with databases, with a strong focus on vector databases for GenAI-driven solutions.

Work on GenAI application development, including deploying offline models, integrating LLMs, and fine-tuning where necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, product managers) to deliver AI-powered applications.

Implement and maintain APIs to enable seamless system integrations and scalable architectures.

Optimize performance, security, and scalability of full stack applications.

Contribute to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, Generative AI, and database technologies to incorporate into solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong expertise in Python and frameworks like Django and FastAPI.

Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).

Extensive knowledge of working with relational and non-relational databases, with specific experience in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).

Experience in Generative AI applications, including LLM integration, offline model deployment, and embeddings.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an Agile environment.
