Fullstack Developer

Full-Stack Developer (React.js / Node.js) (6 to 8 Years Experience)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and related technologies.

• Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

• Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.

• Optimize application performance, including frontend rendering, API response times, and database queries.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.

• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.

• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication services (OAuth/JWT), and cloud services when required.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) including schema design and query optimization.

• Participate in code reviews, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.

• Contribute to DevOps activities such as CI/CD pipeline setup, cloud deployment, and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.

• Ensure adherence to security best practices, data protection standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, asynchronous programming, and API development.

• Deep understanding of frontend state management (Redux, Context API).

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.

• Experience with database design and operations (SQL & NoSQL). • Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Understanding of application security principles (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time applications.

• Prior experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring teams.
