Job Description

Position: Full-Stack Developer (Team Leader) No of Positons : 4 Experience: 5 to 7+ years and above Location: Onsite/Remote (As per project needs) Employment Type: Full-Time Location : Coimbatore Mode of Work: Hybrid Perferred Candidates : South India Responsibilities: Lead and manage the front-end and back-end development teams. Drive the migration from AngularJS to Angular 19 and ASP.NET Framework 4.5 to .NET Core 9. Review and enhance existing application architecture. Develop and implement best coding practices and coding standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and integration. Ensure security and performance optimization in the migrated system. Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews. Technical Skills : Strong expertise in AngularJS and Angular 19 . Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework 4.5 and ASP.NET Core 9 . Strong knowledge of SL Server and query optimization. Experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs. Familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud-based deployments . Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Experience in CI/CD, DevOps , and version control (TFS/Git). Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
