Fullstack Developer

Role Overview

Design and develop scalable fintech applications using Java, React, and MySQL, delivering secure and high-performance solutions in a Cloud Based Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Implement business logic for payment processing, transaction management, and financial workflows
• Optimize database queries and design efficient MySQL schemas
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with fintech regulations
• Ability to write clear unit test cases for the code being developed

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React and NodeJS
• Develop reusable React components and manage application state
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and handle real-time data updates
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance

Architecture & Design

• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews

DevOps & Quality

• Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in test automation
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling strategies

Collaboration

• Work in Scrum teams with product managers, designers, and QA engineers
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• 5-9 years of full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA)
• Expertise in React.js, Redux, and modern frontend tools
• Solid experience with MySQL database design and optimization
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with fintech domain (payments, banking, financial systems)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and data encryption
• Experience with Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
• Knowledge of message queues (MQ)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
