FullStack AI Engineer

As a Software Engineer with expertise in Python and GenAI, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing LLM-based solutions. This includes leading the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models, utilizing techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures. Your role will involve maintaining high-quality, efficient code in Python (using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL, with a focus on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and optimizing LLM-based solutions - Leading the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models - Maintaining high-quality, efficient code in Python and SQL - Aiding in the deployment of GenAI applications on cloud platforms - Working closely with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements - Providing technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team - Staying updated with the latest advancements in LLM research and generative AI Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in Python - Professional experience in building Machine Learning models and systems - 2 years of hands-on experience in LLMs and Generative AI techniques - Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL - Understanding of Cloud services like Azure, GCP, or AWS - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business SMEs Please note that the company is specifically looking for individuals with software engineering and Gen AI experience, as some projects involve a combination of software engineering and GenAI.
