FullStack AI Engineer

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of AI-powered features and applications. This includes taking ownership of the entire lifecycle, starting from the ideation phase to the production and integration stages. You will utilize AI development tools such as Cursor and Bolt to accelerate the speed-to-output. Collaboration and leadership are key aspects of this role. You will collaborate closely with R&D, QA, and software teams to incorporate AI-driven functionality into existing software. Additionally, you will drive the speed to execution of the AI feature roadmap while balancing long-term vision with immediate implementation. Rapid prototyping and iteration are essential in this position. You will be expected to move quickly, build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and continuously refine AI-driven features for real-world applications. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you implement AI models, APIs, and automation solutions to enhance the product suite. Scaling AI applications is another crucial responsibility. You will optimize and productionize AI features to ensure scalability and efficiency in their deployment. In terms of requirements, you should have a strong background in full-stack engineering, with proficiency in both backend and frontend development. Experience in AI and machine learning is necessary, including working with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and Hugging Face, as well as building AI-driven applications. Familiarity with AI development tools like Cursor and Bolt is a plus, as they help drive speed-to-output and reduce manual coding work. Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and both relational (MySQL/Oracle) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases is also required. Your ability to execute tasks quickly, iterate on solutions, and optimize AI-based systems will be crucial in this role.,
