Job Title: Full Stack Advisor Location: [Chennai] Type: Full-Time General Summary: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to provide leadership and initiative in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will apply systems-thinking principles to enable team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software solutions. This role includes creating documentation to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), developing prototypes, and delivering innovative solutions leveraging a wide array of modern technologies. The Senior Software Engineer will lead the resolution of complex problems, mentor less experienced team members, and support the launch of new business capabilities. Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will: Encode, test, debug, and document complex software/programs. Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and modify core and customised software solutions. Respond to complex, escalated customer inquiries and technical or operational support requests. Resolve advanced technical issues in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects or systemic issues. Adhere to documented SDLC standards and best practices. Provide expert consultation on complex projects, acting as a top-level technical contributor. Serve as a point of contact for high-level or advanced technical issues, collaborating with senior leadership as needed. Provide after-hours or on-call support, including evenings and weekends, as required. Technical Skills: Proficient in Java development with expertise in designing scalable, multi-threaded, and highly-available distributed systems. Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and high-performance computing. Hands-on experience with the following technologies and tools: Spring Framework, ORM tools, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, SQL, XML, and JMS. Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and relational databases. SQL and NoSQL databases (experience with NoSQL is a plus). Web Services (RESTful, WSDL, XML, XSLT, XQuery). Mobile development knowledge for Android and iOS platforms. Cloud-native and microservices principles (12-factor app methodologies). CI/CD tooling and processes (e.g., Git, Subversion, Jenkins, Maven, and service virtualization)
