Job Role - Full Time & Part-Time Camp Doctor Roles & Responsibilities: - Promote Clove brand values consistently - Travel to scheduled camp locations and strictly adhere to camp schedules - Establish rapport with patients, emphasizing Clove Core Values - Educate patients on the importance of dental health and raise awareness of dental issues and risk factors - Stress the urgency of addressing dental problems and facilitate immediate appointments at Clove Dental Clinics - Maintain data of high-value leads and follow up accordingly - Input all data into PRM daily - Report to the Zonal Clinic Head and mark attendance at the nearest clinic daily - Adhere to biomedical waste management practices Requirement: - BDS with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience - Effective communication skills for patient interactions - Proficient in advanced treatments in dentistry - Willingness to travel within the city - Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages preferred - Proficient with MS Office and adept at navigating multiple platforms - Strong customer service skills to address patient concerns - Demonstrate soft skills to enhance the patient experience Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
