The role involves acting, presenting scripted content, and collaborating with the content and marketing team to create engaging, high-quality videos on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities Act in and present videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Deliver scripted dialogues naturally and confidently on camera Participate in daily/weekly video shoots Perform multiple roles such as presenter, brand ambassador, or character roles as required Coordinate with the content, scriptwriting, and editing teams Maintain a consistent on-screen personality aligned with brand guidelines Be available for reshoots, rehearsals, and creative discussions Follow production schedules and deadlines strictly Required Skills & Qualifications Female candidate, comfortable appearing on camera Good command of Hindi; English or regional language is a plus Clear speech, good expressions, and camera confidence Basic acting skills (formal training preferred but not mandatory) Willingness to work full-time Or Part time with dedication Comfortable with social-media-style content and fast production cycles Experience Freshers are welcome Prior experience in acting, reels, short films, ads, or content creation is an advantage Portfolio or sample videos preferred Work Schedule Full-time: 6 days per week Daily shoot duration: 2–8 hours Compensation Monthly Salary: Yes, Fixed Performance-based increments: Yes Long-term growth opportunity with the brand: Yes Additional Terms Content usage rights will belong to the company Candidate must sign a work agreement & NDA Exclusivity may apply during employment period and 1-2 year after it too Thanks
