Full-Stack WordPress Developer (Custom Theme & Plugin Expert)

What We’re NOT Looking For:

• Low-code developers who rely on Elementor or other visual builders and only apply minor CSS tweaks.
• Developers who depend on third-party themes and plugins for most of their work.

We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer who specializes in custom theme and plugin development using Gutenberg or raw PHP—strictly without the use of page builders like Elementor or WPBakery. The ideal candidate should be a full-stack developer with deep knowledge of WordPress core, advanced hooks (actions & filters), and strong experience optimizing performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.

What We’re Looking For:

• Custom theme development without any page builder (Gutenberg is preferred).
• Advance use of hooks (Actions & Filters).
• Codes must adhere to latest WP standards.
• ⁠If you have worked with WP VIP, more preferred.
• You must be a full stack developer.
• You must have 10-15 custom plugins.
• ⁠In Depth working with Google Page Speed / GT Metrix.
• ⁠Git workflow is required.
