Videojet Technologies is a global leader in product identification providing innovative coding and marking solutions that helps customers ensure product safety and improve their productivity Videojet is a part of Veraltos Product Quality & Innovation companies, which also includes Esko, Linx, Pantone and X-Rite Together, they help package and protect the worlds food, medicine, and essentials, tracing and authenticating billions of goods that travel the global supply chain every day Veralto is a global leader in essential technology solutions with annual revenue of nearly $5 billion and a proven track record of solving some of the most complex challenges we face as a society Our industry-leading companies and globally recognized brands are building on a long-established legacy of innovation and customer trust to create a safer, cleaner, more vibrant future More important than what we do is how we operate together as a team across our global organization Each of our businesses has a unique local culture which is inspired by variety of perspectives our diverse team members bring to the table However, Veralto and all our businesses share the same foundation comprised of our values and passion for continuous improvement through the Veralto Enterprise System that enables our teams to bring our unifying purpose to life around the world How Your Role Looks Like Develop code following standard web application guidelines, design patterns and company specific security practices Develop, modify the web applications, web pages, web integrations and custom components Integrate web applications, servers, reporting tools, third party tool systems for data connectivity, work flows etc Integrate external APIs into web pages and applications Develop APIs Managing WordPress upgrades including testing and troubleshooting Develop or implement custom WordPress plugins, modules, and themes (Ensure the new custom creations work properly in all environments while overcoming conflicts with popular themes and plugins) Manage website architecture, themes, workflows, integration, data connectivity Manage WordPress hosting/dedicated hosting Implementing and managing web security conditions (CSP), server migration and management Deploy via a CI (Continuous Integration) pipeline and specific experience on scaling WordPress sites for high traffic and large amounts of content Develop and execute the testing procedures Plan, track and manage deliverables Track, plan and execute business continuity / disaster recoveries Implement system and application designs, upgrades Analyze and maintain system, web application /pages performance standards Development and maintenance of New applications, Technical documentation and workflows Provide technical direction and system architecture Oversee project lifecycle Working on MySQL database Develop Python Scripts to connect Tableau Use Zapier to integrate the tools and create workflows Managing the process of making and delivering software, including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring What Are We Looking For Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, PHP AJAX & MySQL, JSON format, jQuery, Python, Node JS, Angular JS, React JS, Express JS, ASP Net, Hybrid Apps IOS/Android GitHub programming languages Proficient in both front end and back-end languages and frameworks, as well as in server, network, and hosting environments Proficient in Databases, APIs, building user-facing websites, Server Applications, Cybersecurity best practices, Data structures and algorithms and User interface (UI) design Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills Knowledge of UI and UX best practices Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Proven work experience as a Web Developer Understanding complex business problems and translating technical knowledge into practical solutions Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent Expectations And Background Creative, out of the box thinking Adaptive and quick learner Has a passion for designing, development and being outstanding Collaborative and team player Good written and verbal communication skills Demonstrating skills and capabilities by building a portfolio of projects Results orientation driven to realize results;
