Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. You will bridge the gap between our technical offerings and client needs by delivering compelling product demonstrations, crafting tailored solutions, and driving software and services sales. You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to win new business and grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Solution Selling Understand customer pain points, workflows, and IT environments. Conduct discovery sessions to identify client needs and align them with our solutions. Present and demonstrate software applications and IT services to technical and non-technical audiences. Proposal & Technical Documentation Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and pricing estimates. Create solution architectures, implementation plans, and service-level offerings. Sales Support Collaborate with Business Development Managers to convert leads into opportunities. Assist in contract negotiation, solution scoping, and closing sales. Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor for clients and build long-term relationships. Conduct follow-ups for client satisfaction, upselling, and renewal opportunities.
