Full-Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview: Our engineers at Salesforce take pride in building highly scalable and performant B2C experiences. The Tech and Product team is responsible for innovating and maintaining a massive distributed systems engineering platform that delivers hundreds of features to production for tens of millions of users daily. Customers rely on our products to be reliable, fast, secure, and customizable to meet their varying demands, providing a challenging environment for our engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop application code meeting acceptance criteria - Collaborate with Architects on designs and develop technical designs with automation strategies - Clarify functionality with the Product Owner and collaborate with SMEs for guidance - Develop stories, data mappings, test cases, and success criteria - Test application code using automated methods including unit tests, integration tests, functional tests, and more - Achieve iteration goals and follow software engineering best practices Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of professional software development experience - Full-stack engineering experience with a good understanding of the Web application domain - Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable features, knowledge of Design Patterns, and industry best practices - Commitment to software engineering best practices such as design, testing, and documentation - Good knowledge of Java or similar programming languages - Strong grasp of computer science, data structures, and database concepts - Ability to analyze and solve problems with high quality and within deadlines - Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams Additional Company Details: Salesforce offers a comprehensive benefits package including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
