Role Responsibilities

Ship production code weekly across Python- and Go-based backend services and a React/Next.js frontend.
Design and build new microservices, including real-time ranking, interview analytics, and payout systems handling large-scale transactions.
Profile, test, and enhance LLM-powered agents in close collaboration with senior engineers.
Engage directly with users to identify pain points, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features end-to-end.

Requirements :

Strong computer science fundamentals and demonstrable project experience.
Ability to rapidly iterateprototype, test, and deploy builds within days.
Commitment to both polished user experience and system performance.
Curiosity about LLMs, information retrieval, and ranking systems (preferred, not mandatory).
Eagerness to learn and collaborate with engineers from top-tier firms such as Jane Street, Citadel, Databricks, and Stripe.
Experience with Go, Python, React, or AWS (preferred).
