Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. This role requires both a hands-on approach and leadership mindset to guide architectural decisions, modernize legacy applications, and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with operational needs.Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust software solutions:

  Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate, design, and implement both client-side and server-side architecture.

• Drive end-to-end application development:

  Build engaging user interfaces with appealing visual designs, develop and manage high-performance databases and applications, and create effective APIs.

• Ensure software quality and performance:

  Conduct comprehensive testing for responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software, and implement strong security and data protection settings.

• Champion modern architectural practices:

  Lead the modernization of legacy applications to microservices-based or API-driven architectures, and build mobile-responsive features and applications.

• Strategic Collaboration & Ownership:

  Partner with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and QA, to align architecture with key business goals. Own end-to-end solutioning, encompassing data modeling, integration, performance optimization, and security compliance.

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

  Provide technical documentation, collaborate with data scientists and analysts for continuous software improvement, and mentor development teams, establishing best practices for code, design, and architecture.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Actively participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions with stakeholders and IT leadership.

Must-Have Requirements & Skills

• Extensive Experience:

  Over 5 years of proven experience in software development and architecture.

• Full Stack Proficiency:

  In-depth knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python).

• JavaScript Framework Expertise:

  Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular and React, in addition to Node.js.

• Microsoft .NET Mastery:

  Strong expertise in both .NET Framework (ASP.NET, WebForms, WinForms) and modern .NET (Core/6/8).

• Database & Web Server Knowledge:

  Familiarity with various databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g., Apache). Deep knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, and query optimization is essential.

• DevOps & Cloud:

  Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

• UI/UX Understanding:

  A solid grasp of UI/UX design principles.

• Healthcare Domain Expertise:

  Solid understanding of hospital workflows, including modules like OPD, IPD, billing, lab, pharmacy, appointments, etc.

• Application Development:

  Hands-on experience developing both desktop and mobile applications.

• Strong Communication & Collaboration:

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Analytical & Detail-Oriented:

  An analytical mindset with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Healthcare Domain Experience:

  Prior development experience with hospital management systems (HMS/HIS).

• Healthcare Standards:

  Exposure to healthcare standards like

  HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
