- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using ASP.NET C#, .NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Create, manage, and optimize SQL Server databases, including data modeling and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages to support data integration, ETL, and transformation needs across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, designers, project managers) to translate requirements into technical specifications and quality solutions.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external service.
- Ensure code quality via unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide production support for deployed applications and SSIS workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Microsoft and data platform technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proven .NET and SQL Server expertise.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core), .NET Core, and T-SQL.
- Deep knowledge and working experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL, data import/export, and transformation.
- Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and data warehousing principles.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, TFS.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in SSRS/SSAS, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and DevOps practices.
