FULL STACK LEAD ENGINEER

As a Full Stack Lead Engineer with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop secure and high-quality production code, participate actively in code reviews, and test solutions to ensure they meet best practice specifications. - Engage with onsite team to synchronize on tasks, share status updates, and review task completeness. - Work across the entire tech stack from enterprise application services to databases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, Devops, Network team, Project Managers, Product Managers, Quality Assurance, Performance Engineering, and Technical Leads. - Contribute to the overall system design, architecture, security, scalability, reliability, and performance of the API. - Participate in sprint releases with close attention to zero tolerance on delivery slippages. - Quickly understand the business domain for dotcom and retail channels. - Proactively monitor, identify, isolate, and resolve problems to avoid impact on the business. - Ensure all teams related incident tickets are handled appropriately within the SLA. In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Strong experience with Java/J2EE, microservices, Spring, APIGEE, Spring Boot frameworks, and other web-related technologies. - Experience in Full stack development using ReactJS, NodeJs (Server side), and Javascript. - Designing, building, deploying, and managing RESTful services using JSON message structures and Graphl QL based integration. - Hands-on experience with AI (Vibe coding), MCP servers, github, cloud-based applications using microservices architecture, preferably on MS Azure cloud platform. - Experience with Istio service mesh, Feign client, service discovery, Prometheus, Azure logging, monitoring tools like Splunk, Nagios, Grafana, App Dynamics. - Familiarity with queueing, caching, and streaming solutions such as Kafka, Coherence, etc. - Proficiency with databases like My SQL, MS SQL, and No SQL databases. - Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, use good coding standards, and design patterns to avoid them. - Working experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Jmeter, Argocd, Artifactory, and other DevOps tools. - Highly self-motivated, efficient, able to work under pressure, and prioritize effectively. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment similar to a startup. - Friendly, articulate, and interested in working in a small team environment. - Experience in the retail industry with large-scale enterprises, ecommerce, marketing, and self-serviceable applications will be a plus. - BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
