Full Stack Lead (Angular with Java/Python) Vice President

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead proficient in Angular, J2EE, and Python to join our team. As a Full Stack Lead, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of full-stack developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards, conducting code reviews, and developing responsive front-end applications using Angular. You will also be involved in building robust back-end services and APIs using J2EE frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate, as well as developing Python-based components for scripting and data processing. Collaboration with architects and stakeholders to design scalable and secure application architectures, seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and database layers, and working closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring application performance, and staying updated with the latest technologies in Angular, J2EE, and Python will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a strong background in Angular and at least 12 years of overall experience, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, expertise in J2EE and frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate, as well as experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices. Proficiency in Python, familiarity with Python frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI, and strong knowledge of relational databases and ORM tools are essential qualifications. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration tools, cloud platforms, testing frameworks, and relevant educational background are also required.
