Full Stack Java Academic Mentor

As a Full Stack Java Mentor at Skill It Academy, your role involves mentoring students in Full Stack Java technologies. You will be responsible for clarifying doubts, explaining complex concepts in a simple manner, and conducting live sessions/workshops on Core & Advanced Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript & React, and DSA & System Design. Your key responsibilities include guiding students in building real-world portfolio projects, assisting in resume building and interview preparation, monitoring student progress, and providing one-on-one support. Additionally, you will be involved in drafting meaningful projects, collaborating on curriculum & content creation, and being a proactive problem solver for student technical queries. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Core & Advanced), Spring Boot, JavaScript & React, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Basic to Intermediate System Design. Strong mentoring, communication, and teaching skills are essential, along with a passion for helping students succeed in their careers. Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience, as well as experience in creating content or contributing to curriculum design, are considered bonus points.
